Overview

The Amazon integration is designed for partner review: OAuth consent, least-privilege scopes, encrypted token storage, seller-scoped data, and audit logs. Khodi Mart never asks for your Amazon seller password.

What the integration does

•OAuth-based Amazon Selling Partner style connection from Seller → Integrations
•Order and shipment metadata sync for ops dashboards and Global OPS
•Inventory / listing fields required for stock health and listing helpers
•Settlement / fee summaries where the partner API exposes them for P&L views
•Disconnect stops workers and removes encrypted credential material

Data we access

•Order and shipment metadata you authorise during consent
•Inventory and listing fields required for sync
•Return / cancellation signals where available
•Settlement summaries when exposed by the API
•OAuth access / refresh tokens — encrypted at rest, never shown in the browser

Permissions required

•You approve scopes during Amazon OAuth consent
•Least privilege: Orders, Inventory, Listings, Returns, Settlement as applicable
•You can disconnect anytime from Seller → Integrations
•Plan entitlements may gate Global OPS features

How data stays secure

•No Amazon password storage
•AES-256-GCM encrypted refresh tokens
•HTTPS for all API calls
•Audit log of connect / disconnect / sync without secrets
•Seller-scoped data isolation (seller_id filters)
•Rate-limited workers respecting partner quotas

What we do not collect

•Amazon account password
•Buyer payment card numbers from Amazon checkout
•Unrelated advertising credentials you did not connect
