Cancellation Policy

1. How to cancel

1. Open Seller → billing / subscription settings (or email support if self-serve cancel is unavailable for your plan).
2. Select the plan or add-on to cancel and confirm before the next renewal date.
3. You will receive an email confirmation of the cancellation effective date.
4. You retain access to paid features until the end of the current paid period unless we state otherwise or suspend for policy breach.

2. Timing & renewals

• Monthly plans: cancel any time before the renewal charge; access continues to period end.
• Annual plans: cancel stops the next annual renewal; mid-term refunds follow the Refund Policy, not automatic pro-rata unless required by law or Enterprise contract.
• If payment fails, we may retry and then downgrade or suspend paid features.

3. Effect of cancellation

• Auto-renewal stops; no further subscription charges for that plan.
• Marketplace OAuth connections remain until you disconnect them — cancel does not auto-wipe integrations or tokens.
• Paid modules (MAYA, Global OPS, SPIE, etc.) become unavailable after the paid period ends.
• Catalogue, order history, and free-tier features may remain under the Starter experience subject to our Terms.
• Data export: request an export before the paid period ends if you need historical reports for your records.

4. Integrations after cancel

We recommend disconnecting Amazon, Flipkart, and Meesho integrations when you no longer need sync. Disconnect removes encrypted credential material and stops workers. Leaving connections active after downgrade may be limited by plan entitlements.

5. Reactivation

You may resubscribe later subject to then-current pricing and feature availability. Some entitlements, OAuth consents, or warehouse onboarding steps may need to be repeated.
