Overview

Khodi Mart operates as a B2B wholesale platform. Returns are handled differently from retail marketplaces because orders involve bulk quantities, MOQ commitments, and warehouse pickup workflows.

Eligible Return Scenarios

  • Products received are materially different from the listed description or images.
  • Significant quality defects confirmed at warehouse pickup or within 48 hours of receipt.
  • Wrong product or quantity shipped due to Khodi Mart fulfilment error.
  • Damaged goods caused during Khodi Mart warehouse handling (documented at pickup).

Non-Returnable Items

  • Products accepted at pickup without documented damage or discrepancy.
  • Customised, made-to-order, or perishable goods unless otherwise agreed.
  • Change-of-mind returns on wholesale bulk orders.

How to Raise a Return

  1. Go to your order in the Khodi Orders section.
  2. Submit a return request within 48 hours of pickup with photos and description.
  3. Our team will review and respond within 2–3 business days.
  4. Approved returns may be refunded or replaced based on stock availability.

Refunds

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days. Partial refunds may apply for opened or partially used bulk lots.
